Our Winter festival is almost here. Get out of the cold and come inside to celebrate the magic of winter with the Puffing Billy toy Library!

Our mission is to help each child to reach their full potential through play and we couldn't achieve this without the incredible help and support of the many volunteers that run our Toy Library. So with that in mind we wanted to say a big thank you to you all as part of National Volunteer Week 2018!

We also wanted to make special mention of our 'Volunteer of the Year' Samantha Willis who recently gave so much of her valuable time, energy and enthusiasm to securing a grant for some fantastic new toys and organising the 'Replanting Our Roots' Fun Day which was an incredible success!

Enjoy weekly vegetables from Little Feet Farm delivered to the Puffing Billy Toy Library each Saturday! They are beautifully fresh, seasonal and naturally grown just outside Yarra Junction.

Time to celebrate with the locals! Come and play with The Puffing Billy Toy Library on the 21st of April from 10am - 3pm to celebrate replanting our roots.

We are thrilled to welcome you to our new space in 2018. The Children's Centre is a light filled, airy and welcoming place where our toys have landed with glee!

New Venue! We are very excited to begin the new year at the Children’s Centre behind St. Mark’s opportunity shop at 5 Church st, Emerald!

To reduce our load with the move to our new venue, please borrow maximum toys before Dec 16. The larger the better! (Toys with few pieces recommended). You can have them for the holidays until early Feb!

Our Family Fun Day in October this year was a wild success with performers, face painting, stalls and more!

The Hills Hub development is currently underway and in the detailed design phase of the project. Our toy library has been actively working with Cardinia Council and Mantric architects to create an attractive and functional space within the facility that meets our storage and accessibility needs.

This was a special Rhyme Time hosted in partnership with our local Emerald Library during the Winter School Holidays.
