Brand New Venue

Our doors will be open for borrowing Saturday 3 Feb

We are thrilled to welcome you to our new space in 2018. The Children's Centre is a light filled, airy and welcoming place where our toys have landed with glee. There are three rooms for our children to play in and explore our beautifully presented toys on freshly painted shelves. There are bathrooms with a baby change table for your convenience, cooling and heating, a kitchen to make yourself a cup of tea and an outdoor enclosed playground to stretch our legs and get some fresh air. There is plenty of room in the car park right in front of the building and the whole centre is secured with a child safety gate. A huge thank you for everyone who helped to make our move a smooth one - we cannot thank Tanya enough for volunteering to lead this monumental task.

Wednesdays 10 - 11.30am (plus 30 minutes after closing to clean/tidy our space)

We are going to be open for 2 days per week this year to ensure that we have plenty of volunteers to cover our duty shifts. We would love to open another day or night in the near future and will be led by the interest and commitment of our wonderful members. We welcome your feedback and ideas!

The Children's Centre is close to Emerald Puffing Billy Station.

One task that would really help is if you please clean the toys you've borrowed and wash any material including sacks as part of our fresh start. Is there a part missing? No judgement - come in and re-borrow or we'll work it out.

If you are interested in joining our team we would love to have you! We catch up every 6 weeks or so and our next meeting is Wednesday 28 Feb 7.30pm
